About Green City
Green City Books, an independent publisher based in Bend, Oregon has just signed a distribution agreement with Publishers Group West. GCB’s inaugural list will begin in April with a debut novel entitled Sonata in Wax by Edward Hamlin, winner of the Iowa Short Fiction Prize as well as the Nelson Algren Award. After the initial rollout, Green City Books plans to publish between six and twelve titles a year, focusing on original voices in fiction and nonfiction, creating a platform for artistic vision and excellence in the craft of writing.
